At Grove Collaborative, we want you to love your home and the products in it; if you are not 100% satisfied with an item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Grove account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
